IRTA, as a coordinator of CAMELMILK project, organized the first meeting of the project in their facilities in IRTA Monells. It was the first time that the partners of the project met each other. 14 partners of 7 countries around Mediterranean basin met to discuss the objectives of the project and the activities to be carried out in the next 6 months. In addition, we visited IRTA food technology pilot plant and IRTA experimental cow farm.
