Despite JACO farm joined the project lately, in a relatively short time, boosted by CAMELMILK project, a small milking parlour with machine milking (2 posts) and a small dairy factory implemented in algeco was achieved allowing the processing of around 30 liters camel milk /day.

Getting the agreement of the Ministry of Agriculture (n° FR 59-225-001 CE), JACO farm was supported by CAMELMILK Project for training on milk processing.

During the family day, Gaukhar Konuspayeva (FAYE), Marta Garron (IRTA), Amira Narimane (NARI), Selda Bulca (ADU) and Alban Pouard (JACO) were involved in the setting up of the different processes .

Nowadays, the dairy factory can produce pasteurized milk, kefir (fermented milk) and cheese, in addition of the soap already proposed to the customers. The way for marketing was on social network. A provisory labelling is used.
